Delivery Information

UK Delivery

The standard delivery charge on most orders is £10.00 GBP. Although in some cases there is a Royal Mail option which usually costs less. Some other products are also delivered free and this will be clearly stated on the product information page.

Goods will be sent by UK courier to the address you specify, either from ourselves or in some cases directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor.

Delivery will usually be within 48 hours of despatch (excluding weekends).

Certain items may take longer than this but should there be any significant delay we will contact you with the details and offer you the option of cancelling your order.

 

International Delivery

Checkout delivery charges apply to UK mainland only. For overseas orders we will contact you by email to inform you of the shipping cost prior to despatch of goods.

You can arrange collection from us if you wish to use your own preferred courier.

 

Despatch Schedule

When goods are in stock, we aim to despatch all orders received by 2pm (GMT) the same day. Any order received after that time will be despatched the next working day.

A signature will be required for all goods at the point of delivery.
