    Overview
Offering increased gain and therefore improved range, particularly when positioned remotely from the interface for optimum coverage, the TW412 is a dipole antenna tuned to 869.525 MHz, housed in a black plastic tube, with a captive 5m cable and SMA connector attached. It is supplied with a large, versatile sprung fixing-clamp that also incorporates a 5/8” female thread for attaching to microphone stands. A 5/8" to 3/8" thread adapter is also included. The TW413 is a whip antenna with an incorporated SMA connector on the end. This antenna has an adjustable knuckle that enables it to be orientated correctly. This is the same antenna that is provided with the TW403 Wireless Interface.

Designed for use in the theatre, conference, live performance, and broadcast applications, this digital system provides full-duplex speech communication to a group of up to six users, using EU license-exempt frequencies, in an encrypted conference. Members of the group can talk to and listen to all the other members simultaneously, using wireless beltpacks. In addition, an unlimited number of listen-only wireless beltpacks can be added to the system, for personnel who need only to monitor conversations.

The system operates on a primary UHF frequency of 869.525 MHz, at a power of 200mW maximum, giving an approximate coverage of 300-400m depending on the environment. A further two EU license-exempt frequencies are user selectable on 863.500 MHz and 864.500 MHz operating at a power of 10mW, giving an approximate coverage of 80-100m depending on the environment.

Harmonised standards: EN300-220, radio; EN301-489, EMC. Modulation: GFSK. Data rate: 115 kbits/sec 'air-rate'. RF power: 200mW ERP, maximum. Duty cycle: up to 10%.
